Morning Union Fascial Release Support can be bought as a one-time purchase or on Auto-Refill so you never run out. This policy explains how your refills, billing and cancellations work.
1. How Auto-Refill works
When you keep the Subscribe & Save Big box ticked on the product page, you are signing up for Auto-Refill. The same pack you chose is shipped and charged automatically at the subscription price, on the delivery schedule you pick (every 1 month, every 2 months or every 3 months). Every 1 month is pre-selected for Buy 1 and Buy 2, and every 2 months for Buy 3. Your Auto-Refill continues until you cancel:
- Buy 1 (1 Month Supply): $39.99 per delivery
- Buy 2 (2 Month Supply): $59.98 per delivery
- Buy 3 (3 Month Supply): $75.99 per delivery
Your price, refill schedule and renewal terms are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
2. Minimum commitment
Auto-Refill has a minimum of 1 refill. This means your first order plus 1 refill billing before you can cancel. Once your first refill has been charged, you can cancel anytime.
3. Billing and payment
By placing your order, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the refill schedule above. Charges include the product, any applicable taxes and shipping fees (if any). If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until your payment details are updated.
4. Renewals and reminders
Your Auto-Refill renews automatically on each refill date until you cancel. We may email you a reminder before your billing date.
5. How to cancel
Once your minimum refill has been charged, you can cancel anytime. To avoid being charged for your next refill, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. You can cancel by:
- Clicking Manage subscription in the email you received when your subscription started, or
- Logging in to your customer account on our website and managing your subscription, or
- Emailing us at supportmorningunion@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees.
6. Refunds on refills
Refill charges are not refundable. If you do not cancel at least 48 hours before your billing date, the refill will be charged and shipped and cannot be refunded or cancelled. Your first order is covered by our Refund Policy and 90-Day Money Back Guarantee.
7. Changes to your subscription
You can skip a refill, change your refill date, pause, or update your payment method by logging in to your account or contacting our support team.
